Ham & Cheese Sliders



12 dinner rolls (slider buns)

1/2 pound thinly sliced ham

6 slices Swiss cheese (or any cheese of your choice)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

1 teaspoon dried minced onion (optional)


Preheat Oven: bold

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sliders: bold

Cut the dinner rolls in half, horizontally, keeping them attached.

Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

Layer the Ingredients: bold

Layer the thinly sliced ham over the bottom halves of the rolls.


Place a slice of cheese over the ham.

Top with the remaining halves of the rolls.

Prepare the Sauce: bold

In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Optionally, add poppy seeds and dried minced onion for extra flavor.

Pour Sauce Over Sliders: bold

Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the sliders, ensuring each one gets coated.

Bake: bold

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.

Serve: bold

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Use a knife to separate the sliders, if needed.
