Ingredients:
6 Chicken Drumstick
1/2 tsp Salt
Some Pepper
200g Buttermilk
100-150g Plain Flour
(or enough to coat the chicken drumstick)
Seasoning:
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Curry Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 – 1 tsp Salt/ Garlic Salt
Method:
1. Rub salt and black pepper on chicken drumstick.
2. Add in buttermilk to cover the chicken drumstick. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.
3. Mix all seasoning ingredients with flour, coat the chicken drumstick (room temperature). Deep fry till golden brown and cooked through. Serve right away.
