Puff pastry

Apples or applesauce 3

Sugar (adjusted to your taste) 1 tbsp

Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

PREPERATION

1Cutting apples to small wedges and throw them in saucepan.

Add a little water and cook very gently over low heat until the apples cook to a compote state and the water has evaporated.

2Remove from the heat and grind everything with a spoon as finely as possible. Do not use a blender. It would be less good and it would be more difficult to contain in the slipper.

Adding cinnamon & sugar to taste.

3Roll out the puff pastry, cut circles, wet the edge.

Place a good spoonful of compote inside and close the edges, taking care to fold them down well.

4Brown with an egg yolk and milk mixture.
