Ingredients: 4 people.
4 potatoes
1 c. Wheat flour
1 c. tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 onion
salt pepper
Preparation:
1.
Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them.
2.
Squeeze the lotion between your hands to remove as much juice as possible.

In a bowl, mix potatoes, eggs and flour.
4.
Add salt and pepper.
5.
In a large skillet, pour a spoonful of oil and heat.
6.
Using a large spoon, shape the patties and place them in a skillet, flattening them.
7.
Occasionally turn the pancakes until golden.
8.
Add a pinch of salt and serve.
